Neil Schwartz has been a controller for over 15 years for companies ranging from $4-12 million in sales and 12-100 employees. In this role, he was responsible for all areas of the financial activities of these businesses. He oversaw complete management of the accounting functions: including A/R, A/P, bank reconciliations, input of employee data, and preparation of payroll checks. Neil is keenly aware of the responsibility of the controller to keep management up to date on the financial health of the business and the processes that are integral to the business from an accounting perspective.
